As a proud Les Mills certified club, our experienced trainers offer the following lessons: Body Pump, Body Balance, Body Combat, Body Attack and Core & Body Step.
Every trainer who gives these sessions is also certified by Les Mills, so you always get the best training!

Bootcamps
A full-body workout of 60 minutes for both the beginner, average and experienced athlete.
Our bootcamps consist of a group warm-up, a series of strength and fitness exercises (to be carried out with or without a partner) and of course our weekly finale.
Not exercised in years? Or an experienced athlete who trains several times a week? Our bootcamps are the ideal workout for everyone!
As well as standard bootcamps, we also regularly hold theme bootcamps, such as for Halloween. Be sure to keep an eye on our Bootcamp calendar and Facebook page!
Technogym Skillbike
Discover a new kind of spinning!
As the first indoor bike with real gears, the Skillbike is a new ‘exercise bike’ that takes indoor bikes to the next level.
Created in collaboration with top cyclists and Technogym using the Skillathletic Training method.
