Bootcamps & group sessions
A full-body 60-minute workout for the beginner, average and experienced athlete. Our boot camps give you a physical and mental boost after an hour of letting off steam.
They consist of a group warm-up and a series of strength and condition exercises (to be performed with or without a partner).
Not exercised in years? Or an experienced athlete who trains several times a week? Our bootcamps are the ideal workout for everyone!
In addition to standard bootcamps, we also hold regular theme bootcamps, such as for Halloween. Be sure to keep an eye on our Instagram page!

MEET LIAM – He’s the face of STEAM in Klerken. Young, but so talented. He gained experience on his Sports & Movement Recreation course, as well as during his internship at Y-MIND. Now he focuses mainly on continuous training through PHP Ostend and other external training courses.
