Bootcamps
A full-body 60-minute workout for the beginner, average and experienced athlete. Our boot camps give you a physical and mental boost.
They consist of a group warm-up and a series of strength and condition exercises (to be performed with or without a partner).
Not exercised in years? Or an experienced athlete who trains several times a week? Our bootcamps are the ideal workout for everyone!
In addition to standard bootcamps, we also hold regular theme bootcamps, such as for Halloween
COACH JOERI
MEET JOERI – He’s the face of JCS Gym.
As a dad of 3 kids and a full-time job, he is well aware that it is not always simple to put on gym clothes. But he provides plenty of variety and fun factor so that training is fun during the weekly Bootcamps and Personal Training sessions.
The bootcamps are for all levels and ages (yup even kids are welcome). These take place outdoors in good weather in the large JCS garden gym.
